Before I had even dreamed about a Jeff Buckley doll, I had dreamed about a Rufus Wainwright doll. I used to think that the Francisco sculpt looked so much like Rufus, but then I got one and decided that he wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Not only because of the too dark skintone. Then came Rock Steady Romain, and many people saw Jim Morrison in him, but I started thinking about Rufus again. From that moment I saw the Romain sculpt in a totally different light, and decided to turn this doll into my mini Rufus as soon as he'd come! His hair is just perfect after a little cutting from the sides and a few additional hair plugs on the back to replace the shortest hair. I also thickened the part on the top of his head. And then he got a new face including eyeliner that Rufus sometimes wears. So yeah! Meet my Rock Steady Romain who has been inspired by Rufus Wainwright and renamed as Davy Dean 'Dee Dee' Faulkner from Kansas.
