This is also Simon Deforest, just another version of the same character, and I will be using both in the future. This one has longer hair and more of a smirk on his face. The first one also used to have slightly longer hair than now, but I cut it shorter in 2015 and even more so last year, and then I missed his long locks. The first version however has perfect hair, so I didn't want to mess with that, and thus needed to create another one. I don't mind, because I'm much more skillful these days at creating tiny ringlet curls than I used to be. Of course it helps that both Simons have 1/3 of Nylon hair mixed in with their 2/3 Saran hair. Nylon keeps its shape better than Saran, and 1/3 of it is enough. I didn't want to use only Nylon hair, as Saran is heavier and less likely to tangle badly, which are both features I also like. Now this new Simon has just as perfect hair as the first one! And onto a slightly different hairy subject, you can see this doll in my eyelash bending tutorial. And soon he will be the star of my brand new doll story! Or one of the stars.
